One of the things I love the most is just going out, outside doing something.  I enjoy going to old dump sites and finding treasures.  I will usually find old bottles, pottery, and metal. I also like finding old porcelain from old Chinese pots back in the day in Hawaii.

After a few days of raining, that's the best time to go bottle picking because that's when the dirt gets loose and it makes it easier to dig for bottles without breaking them.  

I've sold a few old bottles on etsy.  Sometimes I'll also find old bottles that have been drifted from the sea.
